Craigslist has really taken off around the country and here in Hampton Roads as well. The free advertisement site is ideal for small business and personal items for sale as well.  Here at Neptuneblu we use the site often and it has really paid off for exposure.  so if you have a small business or just need to get rid of an old couch, check out craigslist.

  To all of you skeptics about the real estate market. we have started to see an upswing in sales and drop off in incentives from sellers.  There are still plenty of deals out there so keep looking.
