All of you members of Neptuneblu who have run into resistance from "old style" agents out there, we have of course innovated to take care of this. recently, we have had a couple of problems with agents that do not want to show there owners houses. Owners beware take note, If you are using a "old style" agent and your paying 6%, i'm sure you want them to show your house to any and every potential buyer regardless if they are getting 6 or 3%. We have run into agents that have told us they are too "busy" to show thier owner and clients houses. Personally this disgusts me. If i'm selling my house, paying 6%, and your my agent, you had better make time to show my house even if you have to split the commission!! Your average home price in the region is somewhere in the vicinity of 250k. That agent's brokerage is going to earn a minimum of $7500 from the seller, and that is if they have to split thier commission. if they don't they make 15k!! You mean to tell me they can't show thier owner and clients house? They can't make time to show it even if they split the commission? Even after we have explained our business model that transfers saving back to the consumer, we have run into lazyness, and unprofessionalism to thier clients! Neptuneblu is a new innovative system that has evolved and will change the "norm" of the real estate landscape here in Hampton Roads. We are here to stay. Our members demand it. Our course to innovate and beat lazyness, we now offer home showings as well. We do have to charge for these as our business model demands it so we may stay in business and continue to refund commissions. Don't worry this is not an upfront fee. It will come off of your commission refund on the back. We had to come up with a solution so that all of you may see any property you desire. Other "old style' agents beware, this may deter our buyer's from your property. Owner's with "old style" agents take note. Neptuneblu will continue to innovate and coform to the needs of our members.
