You log in to our site, creating your free user name and password. For being proactive we are going to refund you 50% of the commission. You find the home on our interactive map with MLS listings on our website. Once you have found your home. You then download our agency agreement form and sign. Be sure to bring our Working with Neptuneblu document, as well.   Our agents will expediciously take the offer and transfer it to a paper contract, they will contact you to confirm what you have offered and have you sign the contract. They will then negotiate your contract with the listing agent. Upon acceptance of your contract, we will then coordinate and bring you to the closing table. After closing you will receive your 50% refund, to be used however you want, closing costs, furnishings, vacation, etc…
