The Process

| If you want flat fee MLS, just call or email us, and we'll very quickly get your property on the MLS. At Neptuneblu, sellers will save 2/3rds of a regular commission by listing with us. We will give you a lock-box, put your listing on the MLS, and give you a sign for your yard. Your job is to coordinate showings. This will be easy since you will have a lock-box. We'll explain everything. We'll answer any questions you may have. We will always recommend an appraisal with each listing and will give you data based on comparables, to reach the perfect listing price for you. As soon as a contract is received we'll take over by negotiating your contract. Then we'll bring you to and coordinated closing. |
